Reporting to the Market Development Manager for the UK Healthcare sector. You will be responsible for building and supporting a given sector or sectors, direct end user business development and evaluating product development needs in order to continually progress the product for the sector. The position utilises a multi-faceted approach to drive and influence emerging business opportunities with end-users and consultants.
* Engage with existing customers to drive development of new products and features
* Work with other sales staff to support existing client base
* Identify, Target, and Develop new customers in vertical in accordance with the growth strategy
* Search for new, creative markets within the vertical to expand the current reach of this organisation and increase emerging business opportunities.
* Continually evaluate market trends and needs, feed information into product development and drive the innovation of products for the sector
* Support vertical sector sales by a minimum of 15% per year
* Working alongside the relevant Market Development Manager
* Help build and execute a strategy for the vertical sector or sectors
* Help build, support, and maintain ongoing media and sales campaigns
* Utilise technical resources to continually improve sector products, meet customer needs and maintain the primary product position in the marketplace
* Support and grow vertical sector by a minimum of 15% per year
* Any other duties required to assist in supporting the achievement of the Company objectives.
The skills and experience you need
* You will be a team player and have superb communication skills; a balance of customer facing professionalism and leadership orientation; and the ability to manage corporate initiatives and goals, while focusing on reseller channel and end users.
* You must be decisive and customer-driven, while being able to communicate the goals of the organisation to the team.
* Flexible approach
