PROJECT MANAGER
RETAIL FIT OUT
NORTH OF LONDON
£45-50k + car allowance
Nationally based contractor looking for a retail fit out biased Project Manager to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. The works can include HVAC, M&E, roofing, groundworks as well and retail fit out.
This Main Contractor work across a number of different sectors including retail, leisure and hospitality, commercial and finance and public and government.
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience managing multiple construction and fit out projects
* Good client and subcontractor relationship building skills
* Health and safety focused, financial control and programme management
* Ability to work well under pressure
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* CSCS
* Experience with Asta or MsProjects
* A valid UK driver’s license
