Concept Resourcing are currently looking to recruit IT Hardware Breakfix engineers to work regionally on a certified breakfix contract.

Contract will start ASAP and will be up to 6 months in duration.
Please note all contracts are rolling therefore are likely to extend based on performance and reviews.

Package information:

8:00am – 17:30pm*
£120 per day payable via umbrella (inside IR35)
Mileage claimable after 75 miles – 0.32ppm
All parking and tolls claimable with receipts
Dell certification to be awarded upon completion of study
Please note this is an online course that is mandatory for all who accept the role
The Role:
Will involve the following tasks:

Providing hands on break fix and maintenance support across PC's and laptops (primarily Dell)
Working in both commercial and domestic settings
Some associated software support mainly across Windows platforms
Field based work, going to multiple sites per day – 3 – 10 calls per day
Will need your own vehicle and be willing to utilise this for daily visits
Day work, Full-time Monday to Friday
A car is essential but any type would be fine
The Candidate:
MUST have a minimum of 1 year minimum employment experience within an IT Hardware role and be able to:

Be confident with breakdown, swap out and re composing of IT hardware
Provide the client with high levels of customer service and have a proven background in doing so
Must be able to get through BPSS (Criminal, credit and referencing check), this will be handled by the client
This contract has been deemed and inside IR35 role, therefore you will need to be paid via umbrella company. The above rates are the umbrella company rates subject to weekly fee and deductions
