Business Development Manager, covering Midlands and the South of England
The ideal candidate will have expereince selling into logistics companies
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (with expected flexibility to meet prospects)
Basic up to 35K plus uncapped commission, company car allowance and laptop.
Our client is a global business, who supply a variety of products to businesses across the world.
They are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for their telematics area of the business.
Key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager role:
* Generate and manage pipeline creating, new sales opportunities
* Work to achieve set targets
* Ability to communicate clearly, professionally and facilitate meetings
* Create Value Added Service opportunities for the wider group
* Maintain existing customer relationships through great customer service
* Update management team weekly on KPI’s and visits
* Ability to cold call and create meeting opportunities verbally
What experience / skills are we looking for the Business Development Manager role:
* Previous sales experience of 3 years or longer
* Ability to demonstrate hunter/gatherer mentality
* Based in Midlands area or Southeast of England
* Good knowledge of Microsoft products especially Teams
* Previous Field Sales experience
* Proven sales results
