About The Role
EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high-speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood.
We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to provide vital support to the Project Technical Director based from Milton Keynes.
As a Personal Assistant you will need to proactively manage a complex and busy diary with forward thinking ideas to maximise and prioritise the director’s time. You’ll need to manage their email inbox and ensure all emails are properly and efficiently dealt with, keeping track of issues that are pending and follow up with relevant responses.
As a first point of contact, it is key that you’re confident with building and maintaining positive working relationships with a wide group of people and teams. This is essential not only for internal people / teams, but also for external peers.
We’d like you to prepare meeting materials such as agendas, minutes, and presentations. Also following up on actions from such meetings.
As part of this role you’ll need to proactively track and manage dashboards and monthly reports. You’ll also need to plan and book travel and accommodation where necessary. Keeping track of the team’s annual leave and working with the other Personal Assistants on the project and parent company to ensure efficiency across all platforms.
We'd also like you to perform any other Personal Assistant related duties or projects as requested.
About The Candidate
It is essential that you have previous experience working as a Personal Assistant at Director level. You must be exceptionally organised and able to multi-task to ensure you meet deadlines. Working knowledge of Office 365 is also essential.
You must have a confident manner and great communication skills. It’s also good if you can adapt quickly and use your initiative.
