Our Milton Keynes-based client is looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to join their team, so we are keen to speak with people with a strong background within administration and the education sector.

Position: Office Administrator   

Hours: Monday to Friday – 37 hours

Salary: £18,495 – £21,372 per annum D.O.E

Roles and responsibilities:

Production and distribution of company prospectus.
Administration and organising of open and information evenings
Administration of applications and enrolments including arranging interviews, references, offer letters and post change requests
Administration of Inductions
Entry and maintenance of data on internal system and excel spreadsheets
Administration of UCAS Applications
Co-ordination of consultation events, and student activities
To provide a range of information and support services to staff, students and parents
Ensure effective communication internally and externally
General Administration duties
Other reasonable duties as requested.
Knowledge and experience required:

Strong Administration experience
Experience of using SIMS
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Experience of working within the education sector
Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
Exceptional communication and organisation skills
Self-motivator
Meticulous attention to detail
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality
Excellent telephone manner
Experience of working within a fast-paced office environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
