Osborne Appointments are recruiting a Part Time Accounts Administrator for a local company based within Milton Keynes.
This company are busy and are looking to expand their current team. This company are multi national with European offices and are also in the USA.
The role itself is varied, busy and we need a good team player for the position. We are looking for excellent communication and data entry skills in the right candidate
The hours for this position are 8:3am-13:00pm Monday to Friday.
The duties in this position will be:
– Receiving customer queries and forwarding to the right department
– Helping with customer quotations
– Processing supplier orders and invoices
– Helping with accounts journals
– Bookkeeping
– Some credit control
– Helpng with prepayments and accruals
– Some aspects of marketing
This role is an opportinity to join a great team and bring fresh ideas to the table. The role itself will be varied and the company will provide full training.
The salary for this position is £20,500per annum on a pro rata basis plus excellent benefits
