Junior Sales Executive – Exciting International Brand

Our client is offering a starting salary £27500 – £32500

* Opportunity to work alongside 5 bright and upcoming Junior Sales Executives positioned across the UK reporting into the Head of Sales.

Region: South East, England – This is a Home / Field based position

* As pioneers and owners of Internationally recognised brands they provide Site and Personal Safety Equipment solutions for the industrial and construction market.

* This is one of six brand-new positions for the company as they continue their growth and development going in to 2022.

Responsibilities:

You shall be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing end user customers and investigating prospective new large multi-site end user customers. You will develop opportunities for both the existing and new product range and facilitate awareness of future industry developments and provide solutions through demonstrations and presentations.

* Promote the range of PPE to existing and new customer base of end users and convert key contractors to the brand.

* Influence end-user specifications to gain approval for the safety solutions emphasising the technical advantage over competitor products.

* Train & educate end users in the performance, safety advantages and correct use of safety products.

The Person

* 1 to 5 years sales experience with motivation and commitment to take the next step forward with your career.

* It is a bonus if you have sales experience within construction or the industrial sector, but this is not a deal breaker.

* Determination to build a career with a forward-thinking business and desire for sales and on-going personal development.

* Looking for real team players who can collaborate with senior colleagues and support their piers to win business together.

* Ideally you shall have a degree, but more importantly we are looking for individuals who can learn quickly and who have strong interpersonal intelligence.
