The position is working for our client based just outside Thame.

Alongside general factory labouring duties you will also get to train and work with Hand Tools and other machinery if you have experience in this area that would be good but isn't essential as training will be given.

The role will be on a temporary to permanent contract so this does offer long term stability.

What in it for you? Three months work with a possibility of a permanent job at the end of it, a four and a half day week, once established overtime at a time and a third, work for a company who will support you in becoming a multi skilled operative.

What our client is looking for? Someone who has used hand tools ( Desirable ) ? Someone who is used to working in a role which can be physically challenging? Someone who is happy to start at 6AM

Hours of work, 6-4 Mon-Thur 6-1.30 Fri, weekly wage over four hundred pounds a week pro rata salary would be around £21k.
