Individual Giving Officer
We have achieved significant growth over the last five years, largely through individual giving, legacies, major gifts, and some in memoriam giving. We are keen to make a step change in our voluntary income, this is an exciting time of growth and opportunity at TVAA and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that we have sufficient resources to provide our vital service now and into the future.
Individual Giving Officer Responsibilities:
As a member of the Fundraising Team, the post holder will work with the Individual Giving Development Manager on implementing audience focused fundraising campaigns that deliver long-term sustainable income, as well as mutually beneficial relationships with our supporters. The post holder will maximise lifetime value and loyalty by delivering fundraising campaigns across multiple channels.
The post holder will use evidence-based insights to create fundraising campaigns that increase our overall effectiveness. The post holder will be responsible for providing outstanding supporter experience and stewardship to TVAA supporters.
Individual Giving Officer Requirements:
• Experience of supporting the planning and delivering of projects or campaigns
• Experience of producing content for newsletters, social media posts, letters and emails
• Experience of dealing with customer or supporter enquiries
• Working with data, preferably experience of a CRM, as well as standard Microsoft Office packages, including Excel
• A track record of using insight to inform evidence-based decision making
• Experience of managing and evaluating effective agency and supplier relationships
• Understanding of GDPR

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week
Salary: £24,000 to £27,000 per annum, plus competitive benefits
