Job Title – Warranty and R&M Process Coordinator
Reporting to – Warranty Finance and Process Manager
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
Monitor and progress the claims and material relating to Warranty and R&M claims.
Control the daily claims monitor reports and support the team in following claims through to completion in a timely manner.
Track materials and chase up outstanding submissions.
Respond/allocate helpdesk emails and update systems necessary following changes.
Start dates, delivery reporting, cover extensions and removals, extra kms
Verify campaign set-up and processing
Update User Guide and other instructions to answer regular queries
Document and develop processes with particular emphasis on system developments
Automation of claim criteria
Update of User guide and warranty manual
Involvement in development of new claims systems and processes
Co-ordinate improvements in processes and targetted claim identification
Work with contract claims team to align the assessment approach where possible
Education and/or Experience
Office products expertise (Excel and Word in particular but Access would also be an advantage but not essential)
Experience working with Power BI would be advantageous
Ability to interrogate spreadsheet to highlight issues from daily downloads of data in order to avoid deadlines being missed
Ability and experience with process mapping and development
Autoline, AS400 experience would be an advantage
Working within a team to assist colleagues to manage workloads and progress the development of processes and systems
Flexibility to learn other areas of the department to assist in covering absence
Able to use and interrogate various IT systems
