What you would do as a Scrum Master?

We want someone to work closely with the Agile Delivery Manager to help drive
change within the business and to motivate and engage project teams at all levels. This is an exciting role that will cover a multitude of disciplines and projects including web-based and cloud software and also hardware. You will have excellent experience of introducing and coaching Agile behaviour, culture and values across the business. You will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure a fast paced and high-quality delivery of all Agile projects within the department.

You would also:

Manage the project’s scope and timeline using empirical based metrics
Coordinate sprint reviews/planning, backlog refinement, retrospective
meetings and daily stand-ups
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from external
teams, customers or stakeholders)
Work with product owners to manage the backlog and new requests
Ensure Customers outcomes are met through delivery in line with internal
stakeholder expectations We are looking for someone who:

hold a Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM)
have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master
have excellent collaboration and communication skills
demonstrate extensive experience of applying Scrum/Kanban frameworks
