We are looking for an experienced Reporting Analyst to join our Mirus Team in Milton Keynes and provide support to one of our many clients.
The post holder will be responsible for providing Mirus with reporting solutions to enable informed decision making to help improve service delivery and drive the growth of the business.
The role sits within the Service Operations dept. and will be responsible for supporting the business by developing and providing timely, detailed and accurate reporting from within key business tools.
The role will also be required to focus on development of improved reporting processes and leading implementation of best practices.Working with key stakeholders and business units you are:
Responsible for the creation and management of reporting for clients, sales, service teams and internal management
Responsible for the creation of regular service reports for the Service Delivery Manager
Assisting the accounts dept. with monthly billing to ensure service billing is accurate for clients
Design, build, test and develop wallboards and dashboards to stakeholder requirements
Ongoing review of business processes with a view to integrate applications across the business
Ad-hoc reporting requirements for users across the business
Responsible for ensuring any reporting issues are resolved promptly and within any agreed SLA's as well as keeping all key stakeholders updated and tracking incidents through the service desk if necessary
Suggest new opportunities to optimize service delivery through analytics and statistical modelling
Identify opportunities to develop forecasts, statistical models, and data-driven analyses
Lead analytical projects designed to improve business efficiency
Work with internal teams to deliver a stable and highly available reporting platformRequirements
Qualification and Knowledge
Experience in designing, documenting and delivering strategic BI solutions
Working as part of a wider service delivery function. Skills and Experience
Very strong MS Excel, to macro level
Experience with SQL Server 2008 R2 onwards
Strong knowledge of Microsoft BI & SQL reporting tools (SSRS, SSAS)
Experience with BrightGauge reporting solution
A good understanding of HTML
Evidence of strong interpersonal skills for working with teams and individuals at all levels of the organization.
Self-motivated, pro-active and with the ability to drive project agendas
Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
Creative, analytical problem solver with the ability to apply original and innovative thinking
Ability to effectively form strong working relationships with all company stakeholders.
Competent management of changing workload and priorities.
Able to work both within a team and using own initiative.
Strong planning and organizational skills
Experience with SharePoint
Proficiency in MS Office suite incl. Visio
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience of working within an IT Managed Service Provider
Able to gather and interpret stakeholder requirements in order to deliver the required solutionBenefits

Role based out of our Milton Keynes offices (flexibility to work remotely up to 3 days per week)
