Mobile Technician Washroom Facilities: Bedford Permanent: 20-21.5k Start rate + Bonuses + Van

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Mobile Technician of Washroom Products and Services solutions.

The Business:

A specialist washrooms solutions business of over 15 years who pride themselves on quality customer service and focusing on environmental improvements for them and their customers.

Main Role Responsibilities:

Your role as Mobile Technician is varied, from installing, servicing and maintaining Washrooms units on customer sites to identifying opportunities and enhancements to products and solutions offered. This business strives for excellence and every customer visit is seen as an opportunity to impress. It is partly why their customers retain them.

Other key aspects of the role include: –

· Installing equipment onsite at customer’s premises

· Servicing equipment installed onsite at customers premises.

· To build relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer experience.

· To maintain excellent commercial relationships with current customers and explore upsales.

Your Skills and Abilities:

Your role can be a varied requirements, from using DIY skills for electrical installations to plumbing fixes, then there is your ability to liaise with customers and discuss opportunities and of course record information and data for tracking and reporting purposes. All this and remaining polite, professional and positive are all desired.

Salary, Benefits and Hours:

· Starting rate depends on skills but can start from 20/21.5k+ Quarterly bonus + uncapped commission

· VW Transporter van + uniform

· Pension

· 20 days eave plus bank holidays. Rises to 25 days with service.

· Monday to Friday, 8hr days, flex start/finish dependent on client needs

Qualifications:

Clean Full Driving License

Clear Enhanced DBS Check will be required

17th/18 the edition is desired

Plumbing NVQ or similar desired

Salary: £20,000.00-£21,500.00 per year
