I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of a Finishing Manager for their scheme in Buckinghamshire.

As a Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing apartment units from mix stages which includes 1st and 2nd fix, through to client snags and handovers. You will be responsible for driving the apartments through to the targeted handover dates and will be managing H&S, Sub contractors and reporting into the Project Manager.

You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate and will be a freelance position through to April 2021.
