New Business Sales Manager

£30,000 (£45,000 with OTE)

We're seeking a New Business Sales Manager for our client, a global, market-leading vehicle rental provider. In this role, you'll help to deliver agreed annual budgeted sales through strategic account development and you'll be responsible for:
Delivery of an agreed quarterly and annual budget in new business
Developing and actively ‘work’ a pipeline through the CRM platform
Selecting and developing strategic prospects and new accounts
Providing excellent customer service standards to customers
Managing nominated accounts and their associated revenue streams
Preparing and implementing customer-specific SLAs and MI dashboards
Preparing sales reports, proposals in a factual, timely, consolidated and consistent manner to the Head of Sales
Ensuring information is presented in a beneficial, clear and positive manner
To build and maintain excellent working relationships with branches and supporting functions to deliver SLA objectives and local relationship management
Following sales leads to conclusion
Identifying market trends and patterns and incorporating these in future business strategy
Developing industry awareness of the Group and its expertise in the vehicle acquisition market
Maintaining awareness of trade and economic conditions and ensuring appropriate actions are taken to mitigate potential risk and to maximise opportunities presented
Preparing and submitting quotations and tender responses
Requirements
We're looking for a talented sales-focused individual who can demonstrate the ability to deliver against new business targets. Your follow-up of leads is energetic and disciplined but you are also someone who can prospect by proactive networking and picking up a telephone to generate well-qualified appointments, as such you'll have:
A detailed understanding of vehicle solutions and the market space
A good level of technical knowledge in relation to vehicle specifications
An ability to deliver presentations to prospects and clients
An ability to identify and resolve issues. And to be able to collate and analyse data
An ability to write well-articulated proposals and reports in response to clients’ needs
An ability to negotiate and build strong relationships both internal and external
Proven experience of delivering on agreed quarterly targets
Ability to prepare and deliver sales presentations to a Senior Management/Director level audience
Customer service ethos with experience of succeeding in improving or delivering to the highest standards.
An ability to work under pressure, be self-motivated, committed to meeting deadlines and KPIs as well as manage multiple requirements and demands effectively If you like the sound of this role and have solid sales experience then we want to talk to you!
