Great opportunity to join a market leader in the electrical wholesale sector. We are recruiting for an internal sales professional to build on the current successes and profitability of the branch

Would suit candidates with a couple of years trade counter/internal sales experience preferably within the electrical wholesale/distributions industry.

You will be a key member of the team and be responsible for

• Main point of contact for customers either in person on the trade counter or telephone.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Preparing quotes for customers and sourcing requirements
• Placing orders on system and updating customers on their progress
• Answering all customer queries
• Resolve complaints and prevent future issues by improving processes
