Our Milton Keynes-based client is looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join their team, so we are keen to speak with people with a strong background within a Warehouse environment.

Position: Warehouse Operative

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm   

Salary: DOE

Responsibilities

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
Report any discrepancies
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
Some assembly and manufacturing involved.
Skills

Proven working experience as a warehouse/ production assembly worker
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to lift heavy objects
Mig welding an advantage but not essential
Forklift truck driving also an advantage.
