Trainee Medical Recruitment Consultant

SpecialistMed is a boutique Medical Recruitment Agency, made up of friendly, ambitious and proactive Recruitment Consultants who take pride in offering that 'top shelf' service to both Candidates and Healthcare establishments.

What can you expect day to day as a Medical Recruitment Consultant?

Your daily responsibilities will be to build rapport with both Doctors and Departments within the NHS.

Your role will be to be manage the expectations of both Department and Doctor, helping Hospitals ‘bridge a gap’ in personnel whilst at the same time sourcing the Doctor's ideal next step in their career.

You will become addicted to the atmosphere around you, it’s a very fast paced, loud, fun and professional working environment, working alongside other Medical Recruitment Consultants all with a common goal.

We have monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives as we promote a work hard play hard environment.

Do you need qualifications or experience to considered as a Medical Recruitment Consultant?

Absolutely not!

Whilst a background in sales might be desired, it’s definitely not essential.

We have a great training programme and all the tools in place to make you successful in your role.

We believe that as long as you have the right aspirations, attitude, drive and goals in life, then we can make you into a successful Medical Recruitment Consultant!
