We have a current opportunity for a HR MI Analyst on a FTC 3 month basis, looking to go permanent therafter. The position will be based in Milton Keynes and will have the ocassional need for travel to Wilmslow and London.
This is an opportunity to join a growing challenger bank, where you will have senior stakeholder engagement regularly, capturing the needs and objectives of the bank and providing a robust and thorough reporting system to enable business leaders to make informed decisions aligned with the business objectives.
You will have proven experience using HR systems and confidence and enthusiasm when learning new ones. An upcoming project will be to transition onto BambooHR so any experience with this is highly desirable.
You will be a confident user of Excel, with the experience to manipulate and extract data to create detailed reports. If you have proven stakeholder management experience, where you have advised and recommended on MI and data it will be highly desirable.
The position will also give the opportunity to work on many different projects, working as part of a wider HR team but it is important to note that the role requires time management skills and the ability to work autonomously and towards deadlines
