Bright Selection are delighted to represent a well-established elderly care provider, who require a Deputy Manager – Nurse qualified, to join the leadership team in a Good rated nursing home in Buckingham, that provides high levels of care to up to 38 older people.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing provider in supporting a home in achieving compliance and excellent clinical outcomes for residents. This role requires a qualified nurse with leadership experience in a nursing home setting.

Responsibilities

Reporting to Registered Manager
Support on day to day management of home
Lead on achieving clinical outcomes within the home
Ensure compliance with regulations and legislation and completion of all relevant records
Team management and leadership responsibilities

Essential Criteria

Registered Nurse with active PIN
Proven track record in the management of nurses
Current clinical skills including syringe pump
Management of Safeguarding and DOLS experienced

Salary and benefits:

£19.75/hr, 44hrs per week (11hrs of which is management duties); this equates to an annual salary of £45,188
12hr shifts – (Apply online only)
Some weekend working on the rota
5.6 weeks annual leave
