Frank Kori are a rapidly expanding Engineering and Manufacturing Recruitment Consultancy, supporting businesses throughout the UK and Europe from our offices in High Wycombe, Due to continued growth we are now seeking to expand our administration support team in the High Wycombe office.
As such we are currently seeking a Personal Assistant/Marketing Assistant to the Managing Director. The role will support the Managing Director with servicing current clients as well as looking after social media platforms from Youtube, Instagram and TikTok.
– Managing current clients
– Admin duties for the recruitment company
– Editing videos for social media platforms
– Resourcing jobs currently out with our clients
– Scheduling meetings and the company directors
– Booking travel and accommodation for the Managing Director
– Day to day administrative and office support for the Managing Director
To be considered for this position, you will need to have:
– Exceptional and proven experience of Microsoft Word, and the Office 365 suite.
– Experience in a similar role as PA and Company Administrator / Secretary (Desirable)
