Our client is looking for an experienced general builder/multi trader to join them on a permanent basis to work on building sites and refurbishment projects. The ideal candidate will be competent in bricklaying, carpentry and painting & decorating with a general understanding of other trades such as plastering, plumbing and tiling.

Skills required:

Painting & decorating
bricklaying (basic remedial building works such as repointing)
plastering
steel work
carpentry
basic plumbing and electrical
tiling/grouting
plastering repairs
laying flooring
general building skills

Benefits:

Permanent. £35k – £45k per annum, company pension, 28 days holiday
