£46,000 -£52,000 + Car allowance
Home based
Portfolio predominantly across the South of England – Luton is a central point
We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to cover a portfolio of commercial banking properties across the UK. Covering from the Midlands to Kent (across the east side of the country only), you will be remotely managing the hard services for 310 banking branches. The midpoint of the sites is Luton/Reading.
You will be managing a team of engineers who will complete PPM and Reactive Maintenance across the sites, the main part of your role will be to manage the KPI's of the engineering delivery, ensuring you are working within service level agreements.
Client management and liaison is also a key part of the role, working with the customer and managing their expectations. While the role is home based you will travel between sites and meet with the customers face to face as required.
This role is the first Contracts Manager role in the South for the business (which is predominantly Northern based), so as the contracts grow in the South so will this role, this provides great growth and promotion opportunity for this role.
Duties of the role include:
Managing the M+E Maintenance of 310 sites across the UK
KPI Management
Compliance management of the building assets
Client liaison and expectation management

This role would really suit someone who is customer focused and can deliver KPI's. While technical experience is an advantage it's not essential so would also suit an ambitious FM looking to step up into a Contracts Manager role.

Able to drive and willing to visit any site in the portfolio as required
