Our Milton Keynes-based client is looking to recruit a Facilities Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
Position: Facilities Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum DOE
The job will involve…
– Monthly reporting
– Health and Safety duties
– Vendor contract reviews and management
– Compliance activities
– Audit administration
– Fleet management
– Diary and meeting management
– Adhoc reception cover
– Support facilities across the business with scheduled maintenance activities
– Stock checks and ensuring stock levels across all areas of the business
– Company Policy and procedure updates
– Administration duties including supporting the accounts team, data entry, scanning, and filing,
Experience and Skills required….
– Minimum of 5 years facilities or administration experience
– Confident using Microsoft Office packages – particularly Excel
– SAP experience
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast paced environment
– Multi tasker with strong attention to detail
– Team player
