My client is a not for profit organisation that is well established and offers both B2B and B2C services.  They have an exceptional opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager, to come and further develop the function and a build a strategy for internal audiences and be the focal point for all employee communications.  There is a line report for this position and if you are looking for a new challenge and relish the chance to transform ways of internal communications, I suggest you apply right away.

Location: Currently my client offers flexi home/office working with their head office based in Milton Keynes.

The Role:

Assisting with the creation, management, and implementation of internal communications strategy

Telling the story to illustrate part of the strategy and to highlight brand essence

Timetabling communications across all channels,

Develop and deliver communications materials that are clear, straightforward and jargon-free

Writing and editing copy, examples include newsletters, content for our internal campaigns and updating internal channels

Innovate, challenge, recommend best practice

Helping to craft messages for internal communications campaigns 

Utilise effective measurement and evaluation tools for Continuous improvement

Ideal Person

Demonstrable experience within internal communications team for a large organisation

A passion to continuously learn, improvement and experience of developing best practice.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

An eye for a story and the ability to make the simple complex

Ability to juggle projects and be a hands on doer.

Represent the team at internal events
