THE OPPORTUNITY:

We're exclusively recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and growing business who due to expansion is looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the wider team in the business to create engaging content and campaigns and drive engagement across all digital channels.

This role is suitable for a CREATIVE IDEAS PERSON, so if you're always coming up with great ideas, savvy round Social Media and have marketing experience, you need to get on board with this great opportunity. You will be given autonomy to create and execute the marketing strategy with the support of the in-house design team and the Directors.

THE DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE / DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:

Manage the social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn on a daily basis
Reviewing the social media platforms used to identify potential new platforms
Develop a social media marketing strategy which includes regular, on-brand posting across all platforms
Updating web content regularly
Building an email marketing strategy and executing this
Working with the wider team to build the e-marketing data
Analysing e-marketing campaigns to gain a strong understanding of the data and content
Keeping up to date with industry changes and general success in the business to post relevant and engaging content
Create engaging, fresh content to use on all SM channels
Work alongside managers and directors to promote progress and growth of the business
Managing paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
Monitoring and improving SEO and user engagement
Using GoogleAdWords to maximise post outreach
Analyse the success of all campaignsTHE PERSON:

Experience with Social Media Channels, Digital Marketing and super creative
Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Communications
Confident to manage campaigns from creation to execution
