This well-established language services provider are currently recruiting for a range of In-house Scientific & Engineering Translators to join their team on a permanent basis.

To be considered for these unique roles you will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) with demonstrable industry experience, combined with excellent language skills.

As a Scientific or Engineering Translator, you will work as part of a team in purpose built offices based on the outskirts of Gerrards Cross. You will be aided by support staff and have access to state of the art electronic facilities and an extensive library.

These positions would provide an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a stimulating career change where they can combine their previous industry experience with their love of language.

The company currently has openings for candidates with the following skills:

* Native level English speaker, combined with excellent knowledge of German plus at least a degree level qualification (or equivalent) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or automotive engineering

* Native level German speaker, combined with excellent knowledge of English plus at least a degree level qualification (or equivalent) in chemistry/biochemistry

* Native level German speaker, combined with excellent knowledge of English plus at least a degree level qualification (equivalent) in electronics engineering or physics

* Native level French speaker, combined with excellent knowledge of English plus at least a degree level qualification (or equivalent) in electronics engineering

* Native level Dutch speaker, combined with excellent knowledge of French plus at least a degree level qualification (or equivalent) in telecommunications or IT
