HR Administrator

A busy UK HR team are looking for a seasoned HR team administrator.
This varied position requires a really organised person, someone happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in! This is a fast-paced and demanding role which will require a high level of resilience and organisation.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a highly credible and talented administrator, who is interested in working in an HR team.
Previous knowledge of working in HR is not required.
You should be organised, have high attention to detail and able to multi-task and you will definitely have the ability to "hit the ground running".
You will be expected to be involved with all HR activity which will include general administrative duties, producing reports, supporting project work as required.
To be successful in this role you need to demonstrate your ability to communicate effectively and with confidence to people at all levels, be able to establish trust and confidence with internal and external stakeholders and work well under pressure.
There is significant variety and the opportunity to get involved with a wide range of HR issues where you can bring new ideas and make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities:
General HR administration tasks including but not limited to:
* Assisting with on-boarding of new starters,
* Responsibility for employee life cycle administration – personnel file administration, probation reviews, annual appraisal
* Holiday and sickness reporting
* Training administration
* Exit interviews
* Assisting with HR projects
* To become the “super user” for our HR information systems
* Liaising with stakeholders across the UK and potentially abroad
* Minute taking
* Producing reports
Your skills and qualifications:
* Must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work in a challenging fast-paced environment.
* Expert use of Outlook, MS Word and Excel, computer literate.
* Ability to organise your own time & diary
