Staffing Match is proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK's leading logistics and distribution companies based in Northampton, NN4, who are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their team.

Your responsibilities as a Picker Packer :

Picking & Packing clothes for the retail industry for a very high-end client
Working in an extremely busy and fast-paced environment
Store received goods in the appropriate locations within the warehouse
Reading labels and ensuring stock is distributed to the correct areas
Stock Checking and rotating
Working towards set daily productivity targets
General warehouse dutiesThe ideal Picker Packer :

Ideally, you will have warehouse experience- however, this is not essential as full training will be provided
Great attention to detail
Reliable with a desire to succeed
Target driven / motivated
Good English communication
