Insight Employment is currently looking for full time Warehouse Operatives to help our client in Kingston, Milton Keynes.

Your pay rate as a Warehouse Operative is between £9.80 or £10.10 per hour, going up to £12.05p/h after 12 weeks. They also offer a £250 bonus when you go permanent.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be at the heart of the customer fulfilment process for a successful logistics company, ensuring customers receive the best and most efficient service.

Full-time hours as a Warehouse Operative:

Early Shift: 08:45am until 20:30pm. Monday to Friday. £9.80p/h.

Late Shift: 11:45am until 17:30pm, Monday to Friday. £10.10p/h.

What we are looking for in a Warehouse Operative:

We are looking for self-motivated people • Committed people who can abide by health and safety processes • Someone who is a team player.

The role will involve picking, packing and scanning items with some loading and unloading. The late shift does not involve heavy lifting.
