Our client has a vacancy for a L&D Coordinator to support the Head of L&D in administering, managing and reporting on the learning strategy across the business. This role is offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.
Acting as a critical member of the people team you will ensure that the reporting and communication of the learning available to their people is accurate and timely.
Role:
Contribute to the delivery of training and development programmes in line with business strategy and organisation needs
Maintain employee L&D records and ensure our L&D system and reports are kept up to date
Build strong working relationships at all levels to provide great service to employees
Contribute to key people team activities (e.g. equality and diversity strategy) Administer the Development Planning and review cycle by working with managers to ensure all parts of this process are completed and recorded through Aspire/Ingenium
Report on the outputs from Aspire (eLearning) to help shape development needs and actions plans for employees across the business
Own and administer the annual training compliance renewal. Ensuring the modules are completed and recorded within the system including reporting to teams on completion rates
Own and publish the business development calendar and communications to employees to highlight what development opportunities are available
Supporting recruitment activities including: identifying upcoming recruitment demands; advertising; providing shortlisting documentation; organisation of assessments and interviews and related pre-employment risk assessment practices

Previous experience in a coordinator / assistant focused role
Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools in a 365 environment especially Excel and PowerPoint
Previous experience working with eLearning / Learning Management Systems beneficial
Initiative and drive; continuously improve processes and deliver against agreed objectives
Excellent organisational skills including ability to manage time and prioritise effectively.
Well-developed interpersonal skills and able to engage with colleagues at all levels.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Proven track record of delivering excellent service to customers and stakeholders at all times
A strong team player with an excellent attitude and professional character
Excellent communication and a solutions-focussed approach to problem solving
