You’ll be office based for the first few weeks while we provide you with the tools for the job. We have a flexible approach to location, so if you enjoy being in the office or would prefer to work remotely then we’ll support your choices.
What You Will Be Doing – Programme Administrator:
Each of our clients are assigned a programme which contains technical information on claims systems builds, loss funds, claims payments and any amendments or adaptations, mispayments and fixes to ensure the claims process runs efficiently.
As the Programme Administrator, you will support the Programme Managers by providing updates, amendments, client system information, issues to the programmes and reasons for issues. This is obtained by coordinating with third parties to gather relevant information and communicating updates to the end user when the tasks are completed.
This role is time driven and can sometimes be pressurised, but if you thrive in a business and environment and enjoy a challenge this could be the ideal role.
About You:
Previous commercial experience within a support, administration, customer service or similar role
Keen in learning client servicing skills
A problem solver who relishes challenges and providing solutions
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office products
Good verbal and written communication skills
A team player who can also work independently
Able to work to targets, often with changes in priority and urgency
