Assistant Project Manager/ Project Manager – Milton Keynes

Are you an Assistant Project manager that wants to be excited and is delivery focused…? Can you do the job, no hand holding….

As an Assistant Project manager/ project manager you will support the Associate Project Manager in the delivery of retail, residential and commercial mixed use for a leading Consultancy.

You will support the Associate Project Manager in undertaking the delivery of Full Pre and Post Contract Project Management duties on this amazing project, with the opportunity to lead and deliver parts on your own with minimal supervision.

YOU must have

Relevant experience in the sectors above and work is desirable in both pre and post contract PM duties.
Evidence of being a good communicator, problem solver and the Support Project Manager on major schemes is essential.
Your background could be from Construction or Property Consultancy, something of a similar nature, where you have an understanding of the key drivers in managing and delivering successful projects.
Evidence of an understanding of how to manage successful client relationships and multi stakeholder organisations is also essential.
Experience of Design & Build (Develop & Construct) is also highly desirable.
Working towards RICS or MCIOB, with the minimum of 1 year experience but if newly qualified candidates are interested, they we will considered on the basis of what they have to offer.
Someone with drive and enthusiasm for the sectors and already working in a Project Management consultancy and is looking for a career move to the next level.
