Job Title – HR & Payroll Administrator  

£26,000 p.a. –  £28,000 p.a. + early finish Friday + career development opportunities

Location: Buckingham

We are looking for a someone looking to pursue a career in HR with Payroll experience. HR & Payroll Administrator  responsibilities;

Manage Time & Attendance system.
Assist with the Recruitment process
Participate as the HR Representative at employee meetings including disciplinary and grievance proceedings.
Proactively manage absence and sickness inline with the Company’s absence management policy
Process all changes to the weekly and  monthly payroll .
Provide advice and support to staff on Company policies and procedures
Manage new starters (processing) , leavers (exit interviews), and various company memberships schemes (private health etc) and pensions
General HR, Payroll and staff administration
Maintain and update employee training records and ensure Compliance training is completed in accordance with the recommended guidelines
An exciting opportunity for a HR & Payroll Administrator  with the following;

Previous payroll processing experience (use of SAGE an advantage)
Interest in developing a career in HR
Microsoft Office skills
Strong communication and organisational skills
