My client is a privately owned developer who are passionate about building beautiful homes to a high specification and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Due to a number of forthcoming launches in 2022, they are looking to appoint a Head of Customer Care to accommodate the increase and ensure that the workload if being effectively managed and to drive the customer care function to ensure customer satisfaction.
You’ll ensure that all customer complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently, acknowledging the issues, investigating them and resolving on time whilst meeting required cost controls. You’ll ensure that all remedial work is completed to required standards and maintain a log of all customer care issues that can be used for regularly review meetings with other departments. It is imperative that you keep the customer informed at all stages so building relationships with construction, technical, commercial and sales departments to ensure everyone is working to a common goal is essential.
You’ll manage a small team which will include a Customer Care Manager, a Co-ordinator and Operatives. Leading from the front and setting the standard, you’ll motivate and not only recognise performance but offer guidance and support where needed to create a pro-active and positive team environment.
