MANAGING DIRECTOR, HOME CARE

My client is an established provider of live-in home care to private paying clients and has an established footprint within this sector. They are in a strong financial position and as such are now looking for the current owners to take a step back and hire a Managing Director.

They are looking for a financially astute Managing Director, an indiviudal who has the drive and enthusisam to continue the scale up of the day to day operations and work with the owners to create a long lasting vision and strategy. They are currently rated outstanding by CQC and are extremely proud of their high care standards and their care staff. Working within the team, you will need to be visible and "hands-on" when required, identifying strategies for growth and be a leader and driver of culture.

You will of worked within a similar environment, be organsied and tech savvy bringing your new ideas forward with a passion and energy.

First stage interviews will be via zoom early November, with the suscessful candidates invited to a further face to face meeting
