About the role:
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Performance Reporting Manager to join their team. It will be your responsibility to advise and drive the process of effective performance management for the company.
Your day to day duties will include:

Developing reporting templates for regulatory data and compliance reports
*
Seeking ways to continually improve the data reconciliation process
*
Overall management of the gathering and translation of reporting requirements
*
Benchmarking results of business intelligence internally and with external similar organisations
*
Identifying and providing logical explanations and reasons for changes in performance
*
Analysing complex information, bringing colleagues attention to the detail of problems with the information provided
What they’re looking for:
*
Educated to at least degree level in a data driven discipline (Economics, Statistical, Finance or Mathematics); or equivalent combination of education and experience
*
Proven experience in managing a team of reporting analysts with demonstrable skills in reviewing information and analysing historical data and performance
*
Rounded analytical skills with the ability to assess and present key data clearly
*
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business
*
Be able to think logically and problem solve
*
People management skills
*
Ability to communicate and work effectively with different stakeholders at all levels of business
*
Previous experience managing a team that gathers requirements for reporting, translate these into a specification and analyse the results
*
The ability to use initiative and be innovative in the way that our client makes the most from the data they collect
*
Flexible approach to hours worked and ability to work outside normal office hours when necessary
*
Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you have full access to a car and possess a clean driving licence.
