Pertemps Milton Keynes branch are recruiting a Transport Planner for our client based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. This is an ongoing role with a very strong possibility of becoming permanent.
The working pattern is 07:00-19:00, 4 days on 4 days off.

As part of the transport team, it will be your responsibility to:
Brief and debrief drivers
Complete driver paperwork
Answer telephone calls in a busy environment
Be responsible for handling and resolving delivery queries from customer services
Liaise with the planning team
Monitor drivers hours
Download Tacho cards
Handle vehicle breakdownsThe Ideal Candidate:
Would have experience in a fast paced transport office
Know Working Time Directive and EU legislation
Be able to work in a very busy environment
Be able to multi task
