About the role:
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Advisor to join their team. The purpose of this role will be to lead on and support the Learning & Development Manager to provide and deliver an efficient, professional Learning and Development (L&D) provision.
Your day to day duties will include:

Advise colleagues on identifying L&D needs, sourcing suitable technical and behavioural solutions and promoting learning opportunities
*
Lead on promoting e-learning solutions and programmes across the organisation by creating, marketing and implementing an e-learning to increase engagement levels
*
Create and curate e-learning modules
*
Deliver the annual apprenticeship programmes in line with the apprenticeship strategy
*
Play a key role in optimising apprenticeship levy funding, and sourcing creative solutions for new apprenticeships and upskilling options
*
Manage product projects within the learning academy
What they’re looking for:

GCSE standard or equivalent
*
Holds or working toward a professional qualification e.g. CIPD HRD or HRM, minimum Level 5 or qualified by experience
*
Experience of advising colleagues and stakeholder on technical skills, learning solutions and soft skill development
*
Proven success within a customer facing team environment
*
Personable and flexible in approach
*
Ability to engage and motivate people and achieve credibility quickly
