TXM Healthcare are currently seeking a super star Sales Support Administrator to support the needs of a fun, enthusiastic and growing nursing recruitment team!
Due to team expansion we now have a position for a Sales Support Administrator to join our team of Sales Support Administrators who work hard to assist the needs of a dynamic recruitment team who operate within the NHS and Private sectors.
Duties will include:
* Uploading applicant details to relevant job portals.
* Support Sales department with recruitment needs.
* Support applicants with queries
* Be confident on the phone and have a good command of English language.
* Upload Documentation onto Neutral and Master Vendor recruitment portals.
* Chase candidate timesheets and upload timesheets onto recruitment portals.
* Arrange accommodation and flights.
* Typing of contracts for sales staff.
* Uploading of contracts onto Eclipse database.
* Liaise with payroll to resolve payment queries.
* Attend open days and conferences as required by the company.
* Assist with team annual leave cover.
* Any other tasks as required by the business.
