Exciting opportunity for a Junior Estimator for a great contractor in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

They have built up a superb reputation as a leading Design & Build Contractor, operating across the UK – focusing on interior fit-outs / refurbishment commercial schemes

They support companies with their commercial design, construction, and maintenance projects – creating workplaces that motivate staff and build businesses, focusing on delivering solutions and maintaining a high level of customer service. Focus is on commercial schemes

Their own office space – which was designed by their Directors is bright, open plan and ultra-modern and the lay out encourages a collaborative working environment. It also has a coffee shop within the office – designed to make staff break and lunch times enjoyable

Our client now employs around 120 employees and are growing – they are currently having a record year

You will enjoy working in a flexible working environment with a friendly team, and will be given the autonomy to manage your own diary / day

The Role – Junior Estimator

You will be joining the Estimating team and will be assisting with estimating on refurbishment / interior fit out schemes ranging from £2k up to £8m

You will maintain close contact with clients to explore new business opportunities

You will be office based with client / site visits –

You will have some form of construction qualification

You will be personable and client facing

£20,000 – £40,000 per annum
