HR MANAGER / HR ADVISOR

HIGH WYCOMBE

UP TO £40,000 + FANTASTIC BENEFITS + PROGRESSION

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We're currently recruiting on behalf of fast growing and innovative business located in the High Wycombe who are looking for an experienced HR Manager / HR Advisor to join their long-standing and friendly team and play a pivotal role in their ongoing growth and development.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual from a HR Management background to join an industry leading business with a passion for Learning & Development, people, culture and recruitment and help them continue on their growth journey.

THE HR MANAGER ROLE:

Working with the Management team to manage the employee experience and align values across the business
Managing the recruitment strategy and plan across the business, working with line managers to create job descriptions, interview and select candidates
Ensuring the smooth running of the offer and onboarding process of new starters
Managing relationships with recruitment agencies
Creating and managing all employment contracts
Maintaining the HR database ensuring accurate logs are kept and all HR files are up to date
Ensuring annual reviews are conducted for all employees, working with line managers to book these in and ensure they are correctly documented
Create and implement the Learning & Development strategy across the business
Manage the compliance, Health & Safety and Fire Safety onsite
Work with the outsourced HR and IT providers
Conduct performance management and disciplinary procedures
Day to day office managementTHE PERSON:

Must have experience as a HR Manager / HR Advisor
Experience in office management / operations
Excellent administrative skills and a confident user of Microsoft packages
CIPD qualifications are desirable
Experience of both HR Strategy and hands on HR responsibilities at all levels
A track record of implementing and improving processes
Highly confident and personable individual
An inspirational character who can drive positivity throughout the business
Strong organisational skills
Experiencing of educating and developing internal management teams to deliver great HR practicesTO APPLY:
