Contracts Manager – Permanent – Milton Keynes – up to £100k – DOE

Kenton Black is currently working with a main contractor to recruit a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis. You will be working on multiple commercial and industrial contracts, ranging from £1m – £20m in value. The nature of the projects will generally be industrial units comprising of steel frame, metal cladding, category A fit out and external works including civils & drainage.

You will ideally have a background of working for a main contractor on commercial build projects.

• Programming Contracts
• Controlling all aspects of each project from inception through to completion including budget control & delivery
• Head up client meetings and manage the client relationship
• Put in place Health & Safety plans
• Liaising staff of all levels
• Hand over projects on time and to budget and quality
• Oversee projects from start to hand over

This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a progressive company who has an excellent client base and a constant pipeline of work (largely through repeat business).
