Our client is seeking a Finance and Administration Assistant initially on a temporary basis, the position will become permanent after a successful trial period. This is a varied role, and the duties will include
• Answering phone/managing the Reception Desk
• Credit card reconciliation
• Expenses processing
• Purchase invoice reconciliation
• Creating customer job tasks/tickets
• Booking in stock
• Arranging couriers
• Ordering and managing office stationery
• General office duties.
Working hours are 9.00am – 6.00pm
Monday to Friday
Special Requirements:
• Previous Administration experience essential
• Confident communicator at all levels
• Good Customer Service skills
• Good attention to detail
• Calm demeanour, experience of working to deadlines.
• Quick learner
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Problem solving skills
• Team Player
