Shift Operations Manager / Production Manager

Buckinghamshire

50-60k + Benefits.

We are working with a leading FMCG manufacturing business with a truly global presence and brand.

Employing in excess of 12k staff across numerous territories. The HQ for EMEA is based at this side in Bucks and we are in need of a Shift Operations Manager.

The role is offering 50-60k + the benefits you'd expect with a blue-chip firm. The site is highly automated and the core of this role is upskilling your teams & helping them achieve their goals.

With this we are looking for great leadership skills within a production environment and with a clear track record of structured development programs within this.

On your Shift you are responsible for all production, H&S, Autonomous Maintenance amongst other aspects. You are there to lead and guide at all times.

Working closely with the Process and Engineering teams at all times you will have a major effect of the future development within the factory.

Leading a number of projects relating to CI or new production line implementations for example you have the opportunity to work collaboratively at all times here to achieve those team goals.

The right candidate:-

We are looking for a highly skilled leadership professional who is looking to join a company to develop themselves and those around them.  

You’ll carry superb communications skills and be comfortable in interacting with people at all levels.

Experience in working with Food or FMCG arenas is essential.

Should you have any background in machine operation or engineering to any degree this is advantageous.
