Account Manager (South UK)
Location: Aylesbury

The SCHURTER sales organisation in Aylesbury is looking for a communicative, dynamic and assertive personality.
Your Challenges:
* Establish relevant purchasing and engineering contacts at new potential OEM’s.
* Generate, track and win design-ins and NBO’s for standard and customised solutions.
* Key Account Management: Develop, maintain and grow business with market leading OEM’s.
* Achieve sales objectives on NBO’s, sales orders, new products and customer satisfaction.
* Professional data management in CRM (SAP) system.
Requirements:
* Experienced in field sales and account management.
* Knowledge of Industrial and medical device manufacturing companies in the South of the UK.
* Technical aptitude necessary to advise customers in the design of new products.
* Self-motivated, flexible, professional, problem solver.
* Ability to travel easily within the sales territory.
* Ability to work from home and in the office.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function.
* CRM (ideally SAP) experience and good Excel knowledge.
* Reliable team worker with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Enthusiastic and positive personality with a passion for all of our products.
