Managing Director Live in Care Business Current CQC rating Good and Outstanding in one of the KLOEs

The MD’s responsibility is to give direction and ensure delivery of growth and quality performance. Fundamental to the business is the delivery, maintenance and development of absolute high quality provision defined as below

The ideal candidate will have experience of business growth in the private pay market

Objectives:

* Deliver strategy of continued growth, doubling the size of the company over the next four years.

* Develop the company in scale with growth to ensure continued high-quality delivery, profitability and impeccable compliance within a professional/positive culture of competence and empowerment.

* Co-create the long-term vision for the company and take responsibility for the strategic plan and delivery.

* Enable owners to adapt non-executive roles of providing strategic input and monitoring performance through monthly board meetings.

* Happy clients and impeccable compliance

* Referrals and enquiries generating growth of 15 Live-in clients and 500 care hours per annum.

* A continuous growing pool of consistently happy and competent carers

* A professional and empowering leadership culture where high standards, care and attention to detail go hand in hand with commerciality and efficiency.

* Current and future systems and processes that enable delivery whilst providing clarity of performance.

* Client satisfaction levels above 95%

* Grow hourly care business by 500 hours per year.

* Maintain average fees and profitability.

* Weekly performance, risk and activity reports

* Paperless office – dashboards for detailed as well as strategic performance
