Corporate Lawyer
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Corporate Lawyer to join our client, a Top 250 law firm based in High Wycombe.
The successful Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for:
* Performing fee earning work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm's quality and risk management procedures.
* Ensure proper control of work in progress, billing and cash collection
* Maintaining and nurturing an appropriate network of contacts and referrers and endeavour to promote the firm in their professional and personal lives.
* Travel to other offices and client sites when required
The Corporate Lawyer will have:
* Experience as a Corporate Lawyer
* A good level of Corporate experience across a range of work, including M&A, JVs, restructures, private equity and venture capital.
* Experience in handling fast paced and highly demanding clients.
* Excellent technical ability
* Ability to negotiate
