About The Role
EKFB Is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood. Our scope of the works includes 15 viaducts, 6.9km of green tunnels, 22km of road diversions, 81 bridges and around 30 million cubic metres of excavation.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Planner to join EKFB and lead on programme change for our delay and disruption claims.
This roles key responsibilities will include managing the production and review of NEC3 Clause 62 impact programmes; producing narratives; presenting claims and liaising with the client.
This role is full time and based primarily in Milton Keynes with site visits across our sections as required.
About The Candidate
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Extensive experience using Primavera P6
Extensive experience on site, in the delivery of large engineering and/or construction projects
An Engineering related qualification as well as Construction Law qualification
NEC3 experience is highly desirable
Strong articulation skills
Good Microsoft Excel skills
Working knowledge of the SCL Delay and Disruption protocol is desirable
Time Chainage software such as Tilos or Chainlink is also desirable
